Red & White Bean Chili
1/2 lb of Navy Beans
1/2 lb of Red Beans
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup of finely diced onions
1/2 cup of chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup of chopped red pepper
1/4 cup of finely chopped garlic
2 8oz cans of diced tomatoes
2 8oz cans of tomato sauce
1 pack of Chili Seasoning Mix
2 lbs meat of choice (ground beef, chuck, sirloin, turkey or chicken)
Directions: Sauté the onions, both types of bell peppers, with the garlic and olive oil in a nonstick skillet
Brown your ground meat do not crumble finely rather bigger crumbles are needed for a heartier consistency!
Combine ingredients. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with toppings and or crackers, if desired.
Creamy Cucumber Shrimp Bowl
1 lb shrimp, deveined
2 cucumbers, sliced
1 teaspoon of fresh ground dill
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup of crema
1/2 cup Mayo- Plant base mayo is great for vegetarians and vegan friendly portions
Directions:
Dice cucumber into small cubes
In a nonstick skillet, sear shrimp in a teaspoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon for 7 minutes (3.5 minutes on each side)
Combine the crema and mayo in a bowl, add a tablespoon of Damn That's Good All Purpose Seasoning!!!
Place diced cucumbers, dill, crema, and mayo in a bowl and lightly mix.
Plate the portion of your choice.
Place your seared shrimp a top, get a fork, and enjoy!
Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails
4 lobster tails, split in half
1/2 cup of Damn That's Good
1/4 cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions:
Prepare the Lobster Tails by properly cleaning. Preheat your oven’s broiler.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, and season with Damn That's Good All Purpose Seasoning.
Prepare the butter sauce: In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese until fully melted and combined. Add lemon juice, and season with 1 teaspoon of Damn That's Good All Purpose Seasoning.
After the Lobster Tails are broiled: Spoon a generous amount of the Damn That's Good sauce over each
